Workcamp leaders are ready!

The future leaders of the volunteer workcamps of the Union APARE-CME met from 14 to 19 June 2021 to be trained to supervise this summer's work camps.

The training allowed them to learn and discover the different tools of group management, to train them in interculturality, conflict management, accounting, legal regulations and many other things.

They met in Malemort du Comtat, on the site of the Bories de la Gariguette workcamp, with leaders of the Concordia workcamps. They were welcomed by the municipality and the association of the Friends of Malemort and the Escandihado. We would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their welcome and their trust.

They are now ready and looking forward to a summer of memorable workcamps with the volunteers!
